About the Role
We’re hiring a Software Engineer (Data Platform) to help build and scale our data platform, the foundation that powers our AI-driven healthcare engagement products.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with 4+ years of software or data platform engineering experience who is excited to grow their technical depth while working alongside and learning from Staff and Principal Engineers. You’ll contribute to designing secure, compliant, and scalable systems in Databricks and AWS that make data reliable and usable across the company.
This is not a “data engineer” role focused solely on writing ETL jobs. It’s a platform engineering role, supporting the systems that enable data engineers, scientists, and application developers to move faster and more securely.
You’ll work closely with senior engineers to ensure our platform is:
Secure (IAM, credentials, access patterns),
Compliant (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST), and
Robust (supporting real-time products, analytics, and ML).

Responsibilities
As a mid-level Software Engineer, you will:
Collaborate with Staff/Principal Engineers to evolve the architecture of RadiantGraph’s data platform (Databricks + AWS).
Implement secure and compliant integration playbooks (S3, SFTP, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.) for client onboarding.
Contribute to building data ingestion, organization, and serving patterns that support both real-time engagement and analytical workloads.
Partner with senior engineers, data scientists, and product teams to make the platform reliable, cost-effective, and user-friendly.
Help improve developer experience, monitoring, and resilience practices under the guidance of senior technical leaders.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and team discussions, with opportunities to grow into mentoring and larger ownership over time.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in software, data platform, or infrastructure engineering.
Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or similar).
Solid understanding of AWS services and IAM/security basics.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Interest in working in a regulated environment (healthcare, finance, etc.) and willingness to learn compliance standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST).
Strong collaboration and communication skills; eager to learn from and contribute to a senior technical team.
This is a HYBRID role in office 2-3 days a week.
Bonus Points
Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments.
Exposure to compliance-focused development practices.
Familiarity with observability/monitoring stacks.
Previous experience working on shared platforms or DevOps/infra teams.
