WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to our Director of Application Engineering and Development, you’ll be the driving force behind quality across our software development and application engineering teams:

  • Lead QA initiatives to ensure every software release meets MASA’s high standards.
  • Design, develop, and oversee execution of test cases, scripts, and scenarios for functional and performance testing.
  • Partner closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to align requirements with acceptance criteria.
  • Drive adoption of automation tools and frameworks (like Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, and Postman) to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Monitor regression coverage and defect tracking, making sure issues are identified and resolved quickly.
  • Guide onshore and offshore QA teams, mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices for quality reporting and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen confidence in every delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING

You’re more than a tester—you’re a quality leader who knows how to set strategy and roll up your sleeves. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or management role.
  • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern QA processes.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing and proficiency in tools like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, and JMeter.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with cloud-based environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
