The Production- Utility will be responsible for the housekeeping of the Mill Work area and associated equipment, safety shower inspections, and preparation of reports and work order requests

Primary Duties 

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures.  Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes. SKNA employees regardless of level, position or tenure are responsible for upholding the safety standards regulations and policies.
  • Keep work areas of the Mill clean by washing areas with water hoses and sweeping with brooms.
  • Wash up of floor, walls and equipment with water hoses and high pressure washers as needed.
  • Moving chemicals and other equipment to needed areas around plant with forklift or other machinery.
  • Operate clamp truck, bobcat and backhoe machinery to assist with cleanup efforts when necessary
  • Perform general maintenance to equipment and supplies, and report any additional needed repairs to shift supervisor
