About the Role:

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Branch Manager to drive the success of the branch. Your responsibilities will include:

Inspiring and leading the team by example.

Ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Actively contributing to the growth and profitability of the branch.

Managing day-to-day operations, including sales, inventory, and staff developmen

Assistant Branch Manager - Experience & Attributes:

•    Electrical product knowledge is advantageous
•    Strong sales and negotiation skills, including telesales and account management
•    To be customer centric with a customer service background
•    To have had experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
•    An ability to embrace change and new technologies
•    Excellent communication skills (including persuasion and influencing)
•    Intermediate IT skills (i.e., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
