Notice of Vacancy

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. College experience preferred.
3. Possess or be able to obtain the NJ Certificate of Certified Educational Facilities Manager (C.E.F.M.).
4. Five years experience in school operations such as maintenance preferred.
5. Knowledge of regulations regarding drinking water, NJ Right-to-Know, Indoor Air Quality, AHERA, PEOSA, Health Codes, and similar federal, state, and local regulations.
6. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
7. Must possess NJ Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator’s License.
8. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
9. Must possess a valid NJ Driver’s License.
10. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
11. Bilingual preferred.
