Position: Unified Team Basketball Coach

Purpose: To coach and unite high school athletes of all abilities, promoting skill development, teamwork, and inclusion while fostering confidence and respect both on and off the court.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of fundamental skills of Basketball
Previous Basketball coaching experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent rapport with high school students
Good disciplinary skills
Exhibit strong leadership abilities
Ability to work in an economically, culturally and racially diverse environment

Mental Functions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to compare, analyze, communicate both orally and in writing, copy, coordinate, instruct, compute, synthesize, evaluate, use interpersonal skills, compile and negotiate.
