The Logistics Sales Operation Manager oversees end-to-end logistics operations across freight forwarding and warehousing distribution, ensuring timely and cost-efficient service delivery. This role manages new business setup, daily operations, vendor performance, and customer relationships to maintain high service standards. Responsible for financial oversight, revenue forecasting, cost optimization, and internal governance compliance. Leads and develops the operations team while driving process improvements and operational excellence. Acts as the key escalation point for operational issues, ensuring seamless execution across all shipment types and locations.
