Your Responsibilities

• Further development and maintenance of internally developed applications in the areas of metering and data processing for Group IT services provided to internal and external customers (internal cost allocation, invoicing), volume reporting, financial reporting, availability reporting, security reporting, Group IT unit cost calculation, and CMDB.
• Acceptance and coordination of business requirements from internal Group IT stakeholders, as well as controlling and contract data management.
• Evaluation of business requirements and consultation on technical implementation possibilities.
• Design and technical implementation of automation solutions to meet requirements, including documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Evaluation, introduction, and management of standard solutions for automation (e.g., for internal cost allocation, CMDB).

Your Profile

• A completed technical degree or a comparable successfully completed vocational training.
• Experience in architecture, design, and implementation of processes in ERP systems or similarly complex software systems.
• Experience with and development using PowerShell and Visual Studio Code, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL and GitLab.
• Strong communication skills for requirements gathering and project work, as well as teamwork ability, analytical thinking, and an independent, structured working style.
• Very good German skills and good English skills.
• Basic business knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
