BASE SALARY: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale newsletter operations (5M+ subscribers).
- Proven ability to improve email deliverability and engagement metrics through data analysis.
- Deep expertise in enterprise email marketing platforms, automation systems, and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign performance optimization and segmentation strategies.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for email infrastructure and automation workflows.
- Flexibility to regularly work outside standard business hours to ensure optimal messaging performance.
ROLE MISSION
Leverage advanced automation, segmentation, and analytics, to drive operational excellence, improve subscriber experiences, and maximize performance across multiple newsletter properties.
OUTCOMES
- Email Deliverability Optimization: Maintain deliverability rates above industry standards through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization.
- Workflow Automation & Efficiency: Develop and maintain complex subscriber journey workflows, reducing manual processes and improving engagement.
- Performance Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, subscriber behavior, and workflow effectiveness, driving data-backed optimizations.
- Scalability & System Enhancements: Implement advanced automation strategies, segmentation models, and infrastructure improvements to support subscriber growth.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and execute rigorous A/B testing and quality control processes to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
APPLY IF YOU ALREADY HAVE:
- Experience: 3+ years in email operations, message infrastructure, or high-volume newsletter management.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, workflow automation, HTML/CSS for email optimization, and API integrations.
- Competencies:
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Technical Mastery: Expertise in email infrastructure, API integrations, and workflow automation.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly resolve email performance and delivery issues.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to manage critical messaging operations outside standard business hours.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Looker, SQL, or CRM/customer data platforms.
- Background in performance marketing, media, or publishing industries.
- Experience with API integrations and data synchronization.
- Expertise in designing enterprise-level email infrastructure and automation.
TOTAL COMPENSATION
Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
