Remote opportunity - Open to candidates anywhere in the greater United States
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Data Scientist to join the Customer Strategy Analytics team at Lundbeck. In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing patient journey analytics by developing data-driven insights to help uncover access barriers, identify drop-off points, and improve the patient journey. You will collaborate cross-functionally with relevant internal teams and stakeholders to support engagement strategies and enhance patient programs. This role requires a strong commitment to data privacy, ethical analytics, and compliance with all applicable laws and internal governance processes. You will help shape the foundation for scalable, insight-driven approaches to help improve access and engagement across the portfolio and contribute to building the data ecosystems and analytics frameworks needed to support both in-line and future products where understanding the patient journey is crucial.

The range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Illinois, if selected for this role, and may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $150,000 - $175,000 and eligibility for a 15% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company’s long-term incentive plan.
