The Opportunity

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is now hiring a Graduation Evaluator at the Worldwide Campus. The Graduation Evaluator evaluates prior learning and experience to award appropriate graduate and undergraduate credit toward fulfillment of degree requirements. This position supports excellence in student services at every opportunity and supports academic quality in a teaching and learning environment. The Graduation Evaluator must have keen organization and time management skills and be able to work in both an independent and team environment.

Essential Job Functions, Duties, or Accountabilities

• Credit Evaluation & Matriculation: Evaluate and award transfer and non-traditional credit; update student records accordingly.
• Degree Audit & Certification: Accurately code degrees, minors, and specializations in the student information system. Verify completion of all academic requirements, including GPA, credit hours, financial obligations, and conduct clearance.
• Graduation Honors & Degree Posting: Determine eligibility for graduation honors and post degrees to official student records and transcripts. ·
• Student & Campus Communication: Serve as a point of contact for graduation-related inquiries from students and campus staff. ·
• Reporting: Generate and maintain reports related to graduation and degree completion.

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• (1-3) years of related professional experience

Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

• Analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications.
