The team drives the development and execution of technology roadmaps, focusing on enhancing product features and site functionality within specific subcategories. Collaborating closely with category and marketing teams, members analyze data and market insights to inform product strategies. They support all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. The team values clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages feedback and professional growth. What you'll do:
- Contribute to the product development roadmap by gathering data and assessing technology needs to support site functionality and pricing tools within a subcategory.
- Coordinate and support all phases of the product development lifecycle, including defining scope, targets, and timelines.
- Conduct product research and analysis to evaluate feature impact, identify anomalies, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with category, marketing, business, and engineering teams to communicate technical requirements and align efforts.
- Provide expert guidance and foster partnerships to implement business solutions and monitor progress.
- Request and offer feedback to support continuous development and team growth.

Irvine, California US-11570: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
Dakota Dunes, South Dakota US-11572: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
