Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Family Medicine department at our Dahlonega location. This is full-time position. Previous medical office and EPIC experience preferred.

We are looking for a friendly face to greet our patients in a caring and kind manner, while exhibiting exceptional customer service at all times. 

This position is responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls
• Directing calls to appropriate staff
• Greeting and checking in all patients for office appointments
• Distributing paperwork for patients to fill out
• Scanning insurance cards into EHR
• Entering all demographic information
• Entering referrals for office visits
• Working closely with physicians and staff.
