Versa-Tags is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team!
Versa-Tags’ typical office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. This position has the potential to be a hybrid schedule based on the needs/outcomes of the HR Department once fully trained and independent; however, candidates for this position should expect to be in-office 80%-90% of the working year once trained, and will be expected to be able to arrive on-site unexpectedly for certain safety, employee relations, or other necessary event occur.
What is a Versa-Tags Human Resources (HR) Generalist?
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day employee experience and administration to help serve Versa-Tags’ employees! Versa-Tags' HR is currently a "Department of One", but it is growing to add a second team member to administer and support the department! Our HR Generalist will work alongside the HR Director/Manager to implement new initiatives/systems, provide training and resources to leadership and staff, and own the employee cycle in both administration and overall employee experience. The ideal candidate for this position is professional, uses discretion and judgement with sensitive information, never settles for "good enough," and is highly motivated to make Versa-Tags and its employees Better Every Day.
We're looking for an individual who is energetic and compelled to solve puzzles, fix issues, adapt to change, and make sure that all team members have access to the resources, recognition, and answers they need to feel fulfilled in their careers at Versa-Tags from day one.
