The sales lead will support the implementation of the strategic direction of their store location to achieve all objectives and projects assigned by Cole Haan while maintaining a healthy team culture and store environment.

*Base Pay: $21.00 - $25.00
**Pay dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to candidate's relevant experience and volume of the store location.
