We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our Group at Endress + Hauser Flow India

What is the role about? 

As the Head of Marketing at Endress+Hauser Flow India, this strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing total Marketing, Technical Support, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Application and Product Support, After-Sales Service (where feasible), and Order Handling Support for designated international Sales Centers.

Sales Centres currently include:

SC – Thailand, SC – Singapore, SC – Malaysia, SC – Australia, SC – South Africa, SC – India, and TLV – Japan. Additional Sales Centers will be incorporated in future phases aligned with the organization strategic direction.

The role ensures an integrated and high-impact approach to customer support and business enablement across diverse geographies, fully aligned with Endress+Hauser’s global strategy and standards.

Which tasks will you perform? 

• Act as the single point of contact for the supported Sales Centers and facilitate the achievement of flow targets set during annual planning meetings. Formalize the yearly product and category-wise budget for the division.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction index across all Sales Centers.
• Implement daily operations within the strategic guidelines of the global Marketing Department in Reinach. Report directly to the Managing Director (E+H Flow India) and have a dotted-line relationship with the MV (Sales) Department at Reinach, Switzerland. Submit monthly reports to both.
• Negotiate marketing activities (e.g., new product launches, campaigns) and sales plans with each Sales Center.
• Develop pricing strategies by industry segment and support the Marketing departments during general pricing updates.
• Handling of special products and co ordination with the special product department at Reinach .
• Manage requests related to special products and coordinate with the Special Product Department in Reinach.
• Ensure order entry and fulfillment according to budgeted sales plans with respective Sales Centers.
• Monitor and drive timely receivables (collections) from each Sales Center.
• Actively participate contribute actively to various improvement initiatives as a key members of the leadership team based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
• Establish and execute short- to mid-term strategies (1–3 years) aligned with organizational goals.

• Drive organizational capability building and succession planning aligned with long-term functional and business needs.

Qualification:

B.E. / M.E. B.Tech. / M. Tech. Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engineering from a reputed Engineering Institute with excellent academic record with min. 25 Years of Experience.

Native Language : Hindi ,Marathi

Must language  : English

Additional Information:

• Hands-on experience across multiple domains within Sales & Marketing  
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, including leadership roles.
• Experience in roles within a matrix organization is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities aligned with business objectives
• Demonstrated executive presence with mature, professional conduct
• High personal energy and resilience in dynamic, multicultural environments
• Proven ability to lead and drive change in complex organizational settings
• Certified or demonstrated expertise in project management, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Comprehensive understanding and adherence to legal and regulatory compliance standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
• Visionary strategic thinker with the discipline to translate plans into operational execution
• Deep expertise in B2B industrial marketing, particularly within instrumentation, automation, or flow measurement industries
• Proficiency in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, and technical marketing support
• Experience leveraging CRM, ERP, and digital marketing platforms to optimize customer engagement and business processes
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management to support innovation and market responsiveness
• Effective leadership skills with a focus on fostering organizational excellence and team development
