Job Overview 

Raycap, Inc. is looking for a Receiving Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for the receipt, verification and recording of materials and products arriving at the facility. This is a full-time, hourly position. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required. 

Primary Job Responsibilities 

• Maintain orderly filling system for incoming and outgoing invoices and billing 
• Weekly interface with Accounting regarding invoicing and billing
• Compare shipments to work orders to ensure timely receipt of items
• Coordination and completion of off-site warehouse receipts as needed
• Ensure invoices are sent to accounting department for payment in a timely manner; coordinate month-end paperwork with Sr Accountant 
• Interface with Quality Assurance and Purchasing Department regarding missing or damaged materials 
• Quarantine shipments with possible damaged or missing product
• File invoices that arrive with shipments for use in bill payment
• Unload and unpack incoming shipments, inspect contents for damage; verify shipment content with product invoice
• Maintain warehouse receiving log
• Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory by labeling and loading stock materials
• Conduct daily warehouse walk to identify available areas for storage of materials
• Utilize inventory/document control software to enter received products noting inventory location
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and work area 

Qualifications 

• High school diploma
• 2 years of related experience or demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above-mentioned tasks
• Proficient in MS Office 
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP BOM is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to calculate basic mathematical calculations

Physical Demands  

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., Stand and bend frequently without issue 
• The employee is frequently required to walk, sit; and may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
