Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively work with Product Strategy to revise and maintain the Product Roadmap, ensuring all proposed, active, and future projects meet market demands.

• Clearly define the project scope; develop the project plan to include budget, schedule, and resource needs. Ensure project scopes align with customer needs and business capability.

• Use defined stage gate process to guide all project activities and milestone signoffs.

• Provide continued support of Product Strategy from early idea generation to post-project completion and review.

• Lead all phases of projects to meet stakeholder objectives at an accelerated pace including program initiation, planning, execution, and implementation.

• Drive sales proposals from initiation to implementation through cross-functional collaboration across all project teams.

• Create and maintain a detailed monthly newsletter showcasing market trends, competitive developments, and other industry related news and trends.

• Reporting out project status to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner to communicate progress toward expected targets.

• Ensure strategic alignment across the business through recurring program updates and review of the 3-Year Strategic Initiatives.

• Create and maintain reports to monitor and control all project tasks while considering risk assessments, performance to targets, budgets and program schedule.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field required.
  • Years of Experience: P1-0 or more years of experience required/P2-3 or more years of experience in related field required/P3- 5 or more years of experience in related field required.
  • Software Knowledge: Microsoft office applications required; strong skills in project management software such as MS Project, SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Additional Requirements: PMP certification through Project Management Institute preferred. Experience in negotiations, communication, organization, and team building preferred.
