Equal Education Partners are currently recruiting Welsh-speaking Secondary Supply Teachers to support our partner schools across Carmarthenshire and Swansea. We receive a high volume of day-to-day general cover requests, so we’re looking for teachers who can confidently step into different subjects when needed.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT (Early Career Teacher) looking to build your experience, we'd love to work with you.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Subject specialism at KS3 and/or KS4 (KS5 a bonus)
• Confidence in classroom management and differentiation
• Ability to hit the ground running in different schools and settings
• Passion for education and supporting young people’s learning

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in your subject area(s)
• Creating positive, focused learning environments - even at short notice
• Adapting quickly to new schools, students, and classroom routines
• Building strong professional relationships with staff and learners
• Making a difference in the lives of young people - every day
