Responsibilities:
  • Processing customer order including In-House and SV2 order
  • Scheduling jobs for the technicians
  • Coordinate Client Service training.  
  • Online customer training. 
  • Good-in process & stock management
  • First Line customer queries management including technical enquires
  • CQN investigation Support
  • Booking in inhouse repairs
  • Coordinating fully managed contracts  
  • Customer interaction including face to face when required.
  • Up-Sell and understand customer safety needs and product requirements.
  • To carry out other specific relevant duties on a periodic basis, as agreed with management to assist in the efficient running of our business and contribute to our profit objectives. 
Qualifications:

Someone with ability in conducting tasks, organized and able to communicate properly via email and phone
