You will help organize travel details, prepare quotes, and ensure reservations are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend hotel and resort accommodations based on client preferences
  • Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and accommodation options
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel details and answer general inquiries
  • Coordinate with hotel and resort partners to confirm reservations and special requests
  • Maintain accurate client records, booking information, and travel documentation
  • Provide timely and professional customer support throughout the planning process

Requirements
