Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house
- Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals
- Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
- Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
- Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
What you Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus!)
- A people-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- A love for fast-paced environments and great food
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred
This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
