SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Specialist Pediatric Surgeon to join a reputable Government Hospital. In this role, you will provide specialized surgical care to pediatric patients, addressing a wide range of surgical conditions with a commitment to public health service.
The ideal candidate will have the expertise to perform complex pediatric surgeries while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will play an essential part in delivering high-quality healthcare to children in the community, ensuring compassionate and effective treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage pediatric patients requiring surgical intervention within the government hospital setting
- Develop and implement surgical treatment plans considering patient safety and best clinical practices
- Perform diverse pediatric surgical procedures with precision and adherence to hospital protocols
- Monitor postoperative recovery and provide comprehensive follow-up care
- Work in close collaboration with hospital staff, including pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams
- Contribute to training and mentorship programs for junior staff and medical students as applicable
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Completion of Pediatric Surgery residency and fellowship training
- Experience working in government or public hospital settings is preferred
- Proven ability to perform complex pediatric surgical procedures
- Strong communication skills suitable for diverse patient populations
- Commitment to public healthcare service and ethical medical practice
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
