Position Overview

As a software engineering intern, you will create engaging, helpful, and attractive websites that are frequented by millions of visitors worldwide? Autodesk's Digital Marketing Experiences Engineering team is looking for a talented intern who are passionate about technology to join our globally distributed team and help us develop beautiful, personalized website experiences. Our team faces a variety of unique and interesting challenges, from creating new tools and components, implementing critical web services, creating new and engaging end-user experiences, to digging into low-level performance details and streamlining processes. To be successful in this role, you'll need a solid foundation in a full range of web technologies from server to client, experience designing and describing complex software systems, and a drive to tackle new challenges head-on. Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and analysis of applications and services and making recommendations that yield a high quality & robust product.
• Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications.
• Investigate and, as necessary, prototype technologies and algorithms relating to the task.
• Promote excellence in product design and implementation with regards to efficiency and scalability.
• Prepare, present and discuss benefits and risks of alternative software implementation approaches.
• Conduct and participate in peer design or code reviews with own and other teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's or master’s degree in CS or any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering college.
• Knowledge and experience of programming languages like JavaScript, NodeJS and /or comfortable C++, Python
• Working knowledge of Mac and Windows platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of git and source code management.
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to learn new programming languages quickly.
• Adaptability under changing conditions.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
• Self-directed, willing to take initiative with minimal supervision.
