Job Description:

JRT Mechanical is hiring a Plumbing Project Manager for it's commercial service department. The right candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position also requires someone who is self motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. In this role, time management and organizational skills are a necessity. If you are looking for a great team to be a part, this may be just the place for you. The work oversees service projects related to plumbing.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates manpower, procures material and fixtures and manages the overall project
• Collaborate with the Estimating team on the project scope
• Communicate with the field staff and owners to ensure the project budgets are being met
• Maintain project schedules
• Create and manage project budgets and billings
• Forecasts overall project costs with JRT's finance team

Required Skills:

• Comfortable working with a computer
• Strong organization skills
• Familiarity with the installation of plumbing systems
• Able to effectively communicate with business owners
• Familiarity with equipment and materials related to the trade
• Candidates with a Commercial Journeyman License is preferred but not mandatory
