 Maintenance Technician – Floating Position (Siesta Pointe & Orchard Estates)
Celtic Property Management – Avondale & Surprise, AZ

Celtic Property Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a floating position covering Siesta Pointe Community in Avondale and Orchard Estates in Surprise, providing variety and hands-on experience across multiple properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry issues. 
• Prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready tasks and unit turns). Complete within 7 days
• Respond to work orders within 48 hours.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems including HVAC, water heaters, fire safety systems, and backflows. 
• Maintain property cleanliness, assist with groundskeeping, trash removal, and common areas. 
• Document work orders, manage inventory, and participate in property inspections. 
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and Tax Credit regulations.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED ; trade school or 6+ months of maintenance experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, carpentry, and appliances. 
• Must supply basic hand tools and have a valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs with assistance. 
• Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
   

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time, hourly position (eligible for overtime). 
• Must be available for weekends and on-call emergencies.
