We are currently looking for a Pricing Lead to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.

You will be responsible for calculating target prices, developing pricing strategies, and providing pricing support for new product launches. Additionally, analyze cost data, collaborate, and co-lead data projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Key responsible for providing target price calculation supporting RFQ’s
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance and product management to gather insights and incorporate inputs into pricing strategy
• Provide pricing support for new product launches.
• Provide recommendations to the commercial team on pricing strategy. Challenge the business teams on chosen pricing strategy. 
• Analyze cost data and cost developments to provide price change recommendations
• Prepare presentations for management reviews and approvals
• Co-leading various data management & commercial dashboard implementation projects
• Regional representative in global projects to maintain and improve pricing tools and systems

Key requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance, business, mathematics, economics or other related fields

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, market research or related roles

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with pricing models and strategies.

• Ability to set priorities and work with tight timelines

• Strong leadership skills; very good in building cross functional teams

• Business fluent in English; any additional language is a Plus
