SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The QC Specialist participates in the daily operations of the Quality Control department, which may include various internal compliance reporting, internal loan audits performing a variety of support duties related to member loan and account relationships, tasks necessary to process GAP refunds and vehicle titles in a timely and accurate manner, and maintenance of and organization of credit union records.

EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Some college or Associates degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 months in office/financial setting.
One-year financial institution experience preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting hourly rate - $20.67

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Work Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
