McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Business Services Manager for its Ames offices. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: Assisting Business Services Director in the operation and management of the business office with particular focus on customer service, patient financial services, self-pay revenue oversight, and account collections. Supervises personnel and designs work schedules and assignments.

Education

• High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years medical office experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
