In this role you will assist in building and providing training content that aligns with our vision and values. 

Responsibilities:

• Expand your knowledge and become a subject matter expert in all aspects of Platinum Dental by engaging other subject matter experts in creating impactful content
• Create video scripts based on subject matter expert feedback
• Create Key Learning Points for each topic being launched
• Create comprehensive questions and answers pertaining to the content subject, that when measured, can identify performance trends based on mastery paths completed
• Create video content in video software system within specified deadlines
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System to ensure effective content delivery and tracking
• Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages engagement, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the overall learning and development vision
