We're Hiring: Welder

Location: Alachua, FL | Full-Time | On-Site | Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Are you passionate about precision, craftsmanship, and working with your hands? We’re looking for a Welder to join our Production Team in Alachua, Florida to build high-quality rotary drilling rigs used worldwide to extract the critical resources that fuel industries and power progress.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform welding tasks to assemble subassemblies and drilling rigs.

• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure top-quality results.

• Use hand and power tools to support assembly based on BOM and manufacturing systems.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Assembly, Quality, Engineering, and more.

 What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Welding certification and a strong mechanical background.

• Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.

Physical & Safety Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday

• Frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs

• Must wear required PPE and successfully complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam)

• Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment
