In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of A1 Digital SASE security product offerings in multiple markets within DACH and Southeast Europe. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver cutting-edge security solutions that protect the clients networks, data, and applications. As part of the A1 Telekom Austria Group, A1 Digital can rely on the mature infrastructure of one of the world’s largest mobile network operators.

What You Will Be Doing
- Product Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to define the product strategy for the SASE security offerings.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and innovations aligned with business goals and customer requirements.
- Requirements Definition: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define clear and comprehensive product requirements, considering both technical feasibility and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing support.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and potential areas for product differentiation.
- Product Launch: Lead successful product launches, including defining and support of go-to-market strategies in DACH (with a focus on Germany) and SEE (Southeast Europe)
- Customer Insights: Engage with customers and gather feedback to continuously refine and enhance product offerings, ensuring they effectively address customer pain points.
- Industry Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the SASE security space through participation in industry events, webinars, and publications.
- Proven experience in product management, particularly within the cybersecurity or networking domain
- Extensive experience with SDN, LAN, and WAN technologies
- Deep understanding of SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) concepts, principles, and technologies
- Strong technical acumen, capable of grasping complex technical concepts and translating them into clear product requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver products on schedule
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset
- En: C1 – Advanced
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) is a plus
