Compile’s data includes high capture medical and pharmacy claims, closed capture Medicare claims (100%), along with best-in-class provider affiliations and customer master. The linked data enables commercial teams to move beyond the traditional approaches that only rely on claims volumes. Overview

Lead and grow a high-performing team transforming McKesson Compile’s analytics-ready data into actionable insights for the biopharma industry. Drive analytics revenue, oversee project execution, and position RWDA as a thought leader in healthcare analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute RWDA’s strategic vision in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead pre-sales strategy, consultative selling, and sales enablement for RWD and analytics solutions.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Oversee delivery of custom analytics projects using claims, EHR, SDOH, and provider data.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and new business development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance team capabilities.
• Lead a global team (US & India), including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience: 13+ years in healthcare/life sciences; with 6+ years in leadership roles.
• Education: Advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or related field.
• Technical: Proficient in Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of healthcare data (claims, EHR, SDOH), biopharma analytics use cases, and commercialization strategies.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
