Caregiver Rate: $15-16 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable female caregiver to support an adult client living alone who is experiencing severe depression and cognitive decline. The client is expected to be discharged from the hospital soon, and care will begin immediately upon return home.

This role is ideal for a caregiver with experience providing emotional support, structure, and daily assistance for individuals managing mental health challenges and cognitive changes.

Care Responsibilities

• Medication reminders and daily routine support
• Meal preparation and ensuring regular nutrition
• General home assistance and light housekeeping
• Laundry assistance
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
• Monitor well-being and report concerns as needed

Schedule

• 24/7 care anticipated
• Final schedule to be determined following hospital discharge

Caregiver Requirements

• Prior experience supporting individuals with depression and cognitive decline
• Reliable, patient, and emotionally attentive
• Able to provide consistent structure and reassurance
• Strong communication skills
