Overview:
We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join our Professional Services team and deliver scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for our product marketplace and directly to our customers. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their business processes, design and develop automation workflows, and ensure successful deployment of RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal Rewst teams and customers to gather business requirements and help identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Rewst.
Create and maintain documentation including process maps, solution design documents, and test trackers.
Utilize advancing technology in AI and automation to drive efficiency in your work.
Contribute to continuous improvement of automation delivery frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
Support pre-sales activities by scoping projects and estimating effort and timelines.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience deploying RPA solutions in a customer-facing environment
Proficiency with one or more RPA tools, preferably on low-code platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices in automation
Familiarity with related programming languages (e.g., Jinja, Python, PowerShell)
Demonstrated capability in business process mapping, analysis, and optimization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and independent problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
RPA tool certification(s)
Experience integrating RPA with APIs and enterprise systems.
Familiarity with MSP industry tools, processes, and organizational cultures
