Cecconi’s Mayfair… 

Enzo Cecconi, the youngest-ever general manager of hotel Cipriani in Venice, opened Cecconi’s in London’s Mayfair in 1978. It became part of the Soho House family in 2004. On Burlington Garden, in Mayfair It’s a modern day classic Italian restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Serving handmade pasta, seafood and dishes from Italy using the finest ingredients. 

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Barback to join our Central London team at 180 House (WC2R 1EA). Your main responsibilities are to support the bartending teams in the smooth running of the bar. This includes ensuring the bar is stocked with spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products needed throughout their shift. You will ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for use 

What we are looking for...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Mon – Fri – 7am to 12am

Saturday – 8am – 12am

Sunday 8am – 11pm
