As our Activities Director, you’ll be the heartbeat of our community, designing and leading engaging programs that brighten the days of our residents. From themed parties and music therapy to art classes and outdoor games, you’ll create moments that matter.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly activity calendars
• Lead group and one-on-one activities tailored to residents’ interests
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to support holistic care
• Organize special events, holiday celebrations, and community outings
• Keep records of participation and resident feedback

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• A creative spirit with a passion for people
• Experience in recreation, hospitality, or senior care preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A big heart and a bigger smile!
