Job Highlights

  • Execute small to medium scale Capital Projects, develop and refine scope, budget and timeline according to the Process Control (PCT) requirements in the project, ensure timely and accurate reporting to the senior management.
  • Maintain high reliability for Process Control and Instrumentation equipment and troubleshoot repeat PCT equipment failures and propose solutions to improve reliability
  • Provide PCT technical support to the Maintenance Superintendent and Maintenance Planner Scheduler
  • Maintain compliance for PCT inspection and testing programs (SIS Testing, Instrument Loop Testing and Calibrations, Grounding)
  • Supervise and control all PCT contractors (engineering and construction) and ensure efficient management of all contractors (engineering and construction).
  • Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs for new and existing Process Control equipment

Requirements

  • BS Electrical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
  • Strong Project Management Experience
  • Special Skills:
    • Individual must be aggressive, flexible, be able to handle several projects simultaneously, and cope with stress
    • Good communication, teamwork and problem solving skills
    • Familiar with Process Safety Management including Management of Change and HAZOP studies
    • Experience in managing Capital Projects
    • Knowledge of the National Electric Code, OSHA, UL and ISA standards
    • Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (Delta-V)
    • SAP knowledge highly desirable

In accordance with New Jersey state requirements, the established pay range for this position is MIN: $94,700 to Max: $157,800. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
