Key Accountabilities
Executive Leadership & Influence
You will:
• Set the strategic direction for drug product and packaging tech transfer projects, leading, mentoring, and inspiring a global team of senior technical professionals.
• Serve as a visible and influential leader, establishing priorities, building consensus, and fostering an environment of accountability and innovation across multiple functions and geographies.
• Implement frameworks for high performance, professional development, and continuous improvement, driving engagement throughout the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
You will:
• Build strong partnerships with design, engineering, quality, supply chain, and regulatory teams, engaging stakeholders to deliver seamless tech transfer solutions.
• Lead cross-functional, matrix teams to implement global best practices, including sustainable packaging and digital transformation initiatives.
Technical Excellence & Operational Oversight
You will:
• Advocate and execute state-of-the-art technical solutions in drug product validation, fill-finish, process optimization, and shipping qualification.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory, GDP, and industry standards, modernizing and streamlining business processes using lean, risk-based methodologies.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications
• PhD in a scientific field.
• 15+ years of experience within GMP development, logistics, scale-up, and/or manufacturing in biopharma.
• Deep technical expertise, with proven proficiency in biologics, drug product transfers, validation, global supply chains, and operational excellence.
• Extensive strategic leadership experience, with evidence of building, developing, and managing senior teams at scale.
Leadership Competencies
• Demonstrated success influencing and persuading senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and create a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
• Deep knowledge of Biologics Process development.
• Experience with paperless and fully digitized Technical Transfer process.
• Certification in Lean or Project/Portfolio Management.
• Expertise in temperature-controlled transport and logistics qualification.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $179K to $269K. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
