We are looking for a System Integrator to join our growing team in Fremont, CA!
Role - System Integrator
Location: Fremont, CA (on-site)
Must haves:
1) Strong skills in navigating and managing via command line, PowerShell.
2) Experienced in Linux system administration and configuration.
3) Experience with writing and editing JSON files.
4) Effective at diagnosing and solving technical problems quickly.
5) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences
6) Experience in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering assembly.
7) Experience working with software teams.
8) Experience troubleshooting combined software and hardware systems.
9) Strong communication skills.

Day to day:
Vendor is seeking a System Integrator 1- GHS (Great Human Survey) Technician to join their team. The GHS Tech will work closely with the User Studies team to understand ongoing issues with capture stages and correct these issues to keep the stages operational for external participants.
Responsibilities Included but not limited to:
Providing the Capture systems troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for the Capture Systems during the capture process.
Maintain and address component bugs and issues.
Analyze frequent failures and make suggestions for how to solve these issues.
Create lasting solutions for frequent or recurring issues.
Assembly support for system upgrades.
Escalate any non-standard issues to the appropriate team using an internal issue reporting tool.
Helping to maintain system documentation.
Setup and strike equipment for pilots.
Collect data to verify component performance.
Communicating with Capture Techs.
