Position: Maintenance Technician Senior Lead
Shift: 2ndShift (Monday to Friday, 3 PM-11:30 PM)
Compensation: Up to $30/ Hour
Overview of role:
The Senior Lead Maintenance Technician is a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s maintenance operations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to effectively manage maintenance activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure equipment reliability and performance. The Senior Lead will play a key role in team development and will work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement across all maintenance processes.
This individual brought a strong leadership presence to the team and was instrumental in mentoring new hires. They regularly interfaced with customers. Having n HVAC repair certification would be a plus but not a requirement; this senior technician would perform crane inspections and demonstrate advanced technical proficiency in both electrical and mechanical systems. Their skill set would include welding, training employees on preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs, and working extensively with the eMaint program. Additionally, they would manage parts and materials procurement and frequently lead maintenance projects from initiation to completion. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
