Job Description

About the Role:

Responsible for the delivery of business results for a large / medium sized business unit or country which is relatively complex in nature or a smaller less complex region.

Develop, run and grow the local CHEP business, leveraging on resources and capabilities available in the broader CHEP organisation and functional Supports.

Own the P&L of the business and facilitate a great customer experience, engaged employees and profitable growth for Brambles.

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share, increase profitability, and defend against competition in alignment with global objectives.
• Own and manage the P&L for the region, ensuring financial performance targets are met, and driving cost optimization initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key market stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain insights, understand needs, and enhance business offerings.
• Lead the transformation and innovation of business processes to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage.
• Foster a culture of customer-centricity at all levels, driving measurable improvements in customer service, retention, and satisfaction.
• Ensure legal compliance and adherence to group best practices and standards in all business operations and processes.
• Develop a sustainable talent pipeline, ensuring the ongoing development of high-performing teams to deliver for customers and create an exceptional workplace for employees.
• Collaborate with global and other regional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent delivery of corporate objectives across the region.
