Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring an industry-leading standard of customer support services.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to facilitate communication within our diverse team.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing consultative role is highly valued.
