Responsibilities

• Assist customers in both Danish and English with inquiries regarding banking products and services.
• Utilize your sales experience to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Guide customers through account management, transaction queries, and product applications.
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve team-based sales targets and objectives.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Stay informed about banking products, policies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or sales environments, is essential.
• Proven sales skills with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience.
