Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries via multiple channels, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a positive relationship with our clients. If you have an affinity for customer service and a passion for the gaming world, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
• Educate customers about our gaming services and offerings.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service experiences.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.
• Interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry will be beneficial.
