Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking players via live chat, email, and phone.
• Assist with inquiries regarding gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high-quality gaming experience for our players.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with customer support software and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience.
