Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information on property details, pricing, and Booking.com policies.
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and reservations using Booking.com's system.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent German speaking and writing skills are essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance might be available.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
