About Skyscanner

Everyone loves travelling, but planning is not without its challenges. That's why we've spent 20 years building tools that turn travel-planning chaos into a breeze. Today, around 100 million travellers count on us every month to skip the whole “47 browser tabs open” phase and find flights, cars, and hotels quickly and easily.

Joining Skyscanner means becoming part of a global brand that's striving to become the planet's go-to travel hack accessible for all.

Our vision? To be the world's number one travel ally. (Ambitious? Yes, but, hey, that's what got us here).

Now, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager - Platform to help us bring that vision to even more travellers.

About the role

(Hybrid)

You’ll be part of Skyscanner’s Flights backend platform team, responsible for Live Pricing. Live Pricing is one of the core domains within our flights vertical, covering timetables, pricing, and related services. These are foundational to the flights product, powering essential customer and commercial experiences. In this role, you will join two squads dedicated to Live Pricing, driving strategy, execution, and impact in this critical area.

What you’ll be doing

  • Vision & Strategy – Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for Live Pricing.
  • Platform Evolution – Lead the evolution of the existing flight pricing platform, modernizing core capabilities and ensuring solutions meet both customer and business needs.
  • Data-Driven – Leverage data to identify inefficiencies, uncover problems, and drive effective solutions.
  • Prioritisation – Balance a high volume of incoming requests — especially given Live Pricing is at the heart of the flights product — while prioritizing customer needs and making clear, well-reasoned product decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management – Manage a diverse set of stakeholders, including Product Engineering, Partner Services, Commercial, User Satisfaction, vendors (such as OAG), and a range of internal teams.
  • Leadership – Provide clear, focused leadership to highly technical squads, ensuring scope is well managed and teams remain aligned on the most impactful priorities.

About you

  • Industry Experience – Proven product management experience in the travel or airline industry, with the ability to quickly understand technical and business language.
  • Analytical – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to support decisions.
  • Prioritisation Skills – Excellent prioritization skills, with a track record of making customer-centric choices in the face of commercial demands.
  • Collaboration – Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills.
  • Leadership Style – Clear, decisive leadership style that helps technical teams stay focused and deliver impact.
