As a GBS Change & Communication Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the GBS organisation by driving communication and change strategies for global programmes and initiatives. Reporting to the GBS Change & Communication Lead, this mid-senior role is instrumental in enhancing GBS visibility, enabling successful adoption of change, and fostering a connected and engaged workforce across Givaudan.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Change Management:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies for global technology and transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Support the adoption of the various initiatives by addressing change impacts, engaging stakeholders, and building commitment at all levels.
  • Partner with senior leaders and project teams to embed change management practices into project planning and delivery.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and develop tailored interventions to manage resistance and drive engagement.
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication and change initiatives.

 

Strategic Communication:

  • Create and implement communication plans that support organisational priorities and change initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing counsel on communication and change approaches.
  • Develop targeted messaging for global stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality, impactful communication materials.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to drive awareness and engagement for key initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback and conduct sentiment analysis to inform continuous improvement.

 

Your professional profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Organisational Change, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English is required. A second language is a plus.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in internal communications and change management, preferably with a focus on technology and organisational change.
  • Proven ability to manage communication and change initiatives in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Expertise in engaging and influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders across diverse regions and functions.
  • Experience in supporting large-scale transformation projects and implementing communication strategies to drive adoption.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset.
