The Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator Manager RNAC position is responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the RNACS and Restorative Aides, including management of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Minimum Data Set (MDS) process including but not limited to ensuring the accurate and timely completion and electronic submission of the required data; auditing documentation to ensure accuracy of the data submitted; coordination of the Interdisciplinary Team for development and implementation of care plans based on data collected (Care Area Assessment or CAAs) and submitted; assessment of residents' conditions to ensure proper documentation and Medicare/Medical Assistance benefit utilization. Also responsible for tracking and reporting information on all facility residents for performance improvement and fiscal accountability. Duties will be performed according to the highest ethical standards and in adherence to the Corporate/Facility Compliance Plan.
